Grandparents Association operates a unique accredited telephone helpline which is concerned with all issues affecting grandparents.

The service operates on: Monday to Friday 10.00am - 4.00pm and occasionally evenings and weekends.

Trained staff are available to take your call during these hours.

At busy times and after hours you can leave your details and we will contact you.
