Welcome to Leeds Whilst the Grandparents Association has so much to offer we are often asked what regional help is available and what events, toddler groups, advice, support there is.With this in mind we have set up some regional pages which will give you an insight into whats happening in your region and the groups that are run, local services which are running or under development, information available or help that is needed. If you would like some advice or help please feel free to contact us on 0845 4349585 What we do: Networking across the various agencies continues to be vital in our growing partnerships between the voluntary and statutory sectors that serve the Inner and outer areas of Leeds. These include:- Children Centre Services across the four 'Wedges' of Leeds. The Courts; Social Services; Faith Groups; Pre-School Learning Alliances; Helped the Aged; Shelter; Leeds University (Research) Police; STOP Organisation (an Domestic Violence/Anger Management Project); YouthAIM; Elected Members of Leeds City Council and Members of Parliament; Drug Support/Education Projects; Family Network Projects; Schools/Education Leeds; Voluntary Action Leeds; Leeds Church Institute; Barnardos CANA Project; Family Outreach Service via Family Centre's; Home Start; Clinical Psychologists plus others. We continue to build the foundations of Networking across Leeds to create fruitful links with organisations that work with and alongside families including Grandparents and their Grandchildren.
