and can make to grandparents and families There are 1 million grandparents in the UK who are denied contact with their grandchildren. ‘My dream wish is we just want to make peace that’s all we really want to make peace.’ Anon 200-300,000 children are unable to live with their parents and instead live with other family members – the majority of these are grandparents with little support. ‘Am I a normal family.’ says Peta ‘what is a normal family and what constitutes being normal?’ YOUR DONATIONS • For every £6 you donate we can answer another phone call to the advice line. We also need to expand our other support services. • Our helpline receives around 800 calls a month but 30% of calls go unanswered as we don’t have enough funds to support this. • For every £10 of your donated money used for the Welfare Benefit line a grandparent can access around an extra £200 in otherwise unclaimed welfare benefits • With every £38 you help a support group to run for another month Every pound of your support really does make a difference, so THANK YOU! |
